Frankies Flamin’ Pizzas – Food Truck – Terms & Conditions of Booking
Upon booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please take a moment to read as they contain some useful information and might answer some questions you may have about our services.
All-you-can-eat pizza is generously provided for the booking duration and the number of guests booked and paid for. We will conduct a head-count at the event, and if more guests are in event attendance than was booked and paid for, we will require you to pay for the extra guests immediately. Please take into consideration the following when choosing placement of our pizza truck at your event: Our serving window is left-facing (passenger side of car). A flat, level, solid and dry location is required to avoid getting bogged. A minimum of 3mt width, 3.5mt height clearance and approx 9.5 meters in length is required. Please check clearance of your roof gutter height and driveway width. Please consider tree branches, and allow turning room for the pizza truck to be maneuvered in and out of your desired location. It is preferable that our car remains attached to the pizza truck. Please do not request that we move our pizza truck once it is parked at your event. We are unable to move it once the fire oven is on and we commence setting up. All-you-can-eat pizza package is $32 p/adult, $15 p/child aged 6-12yrs, kids 5yrs and under eat free. The minimum requirement to book the pizza food truck for a private function is 50 adults or the monetary equivalent of 50 adults. Unlimited ice-cream sundaes from Frankies Sundae Bar is $10 p/person. All prices are valid from 1/7/24 ex GST. Please respect our hygiene policies clearly displayed at the sundae bar, and ensure children are supervised by a responsible adult. All menu choices, specific dietary requirements and number of guests to be confirmed no later than 7 days prior to your event, to allow us to sufficiently plan and prepare. Great care is taken in preparing specific dietary menu items, although complete and full avoidance of flour containing gluten, dairy products, meat products and cross-contamination of these products is not guaranteed, and we accept no liability. Your menu choices and pizzas will be presented on a serving table for your guests to help themselves and enjoy. Guests do not need to approach the food truck and place any orders. If required, wait staff can be provided to walk around your event and serve your guests for $50 p/hr each waiter or waitress. Minimum 4 hours. A travel surcharge is applicable for all locations. We may take photos at your event and post them on our social media. Please advise if you do not give permission for this to occur. All enquiries are strictly tentative only. A 50% deposit is required to secure the event date for private bookings and FULL payment is required for any company/business/organisation bookings where an invoice is requested. Dates cannot be held without a deposit/payment. All bookings will only be confirmed when a payment is cleared. No exceptions. Final balance is to be paid and CLEARED no later than 7 days prior to event date. GST is applicable to all bookings. Please advise if you require our staff to complete an induction to attend your site PRIOR to booking our services. Any date changes will incur a fee of 10% of booking to cover administration costs and loss of other bookings, unless official Victorian Government restrictions or Victorian lockdowns are declared. Due to high demand for availability, date changes will not be accepted within 28 days of your booked event date, unless official Victorian Government restrictions or Victorian lockdowns are declared. Cancellation will incur a fee of 25% of booking to cover administration costs and loss of other bookings, unless official Victorian Government restrictions or lockdowns are declared. If booking is cancelled within 28 days of event date, no refunds will be given, unless official Victorian Government restrictions or lockdowns are declared. Due to the extremely high demand for availability during peak season, no date changes or cancellations will be accepted for bookings occurring within 1st September til 30th April, and no refunds will be given for bookings during this period, unless official Victorian Government restrictions or lockdowns are declared. We reserve the right to periodically amend these Terms & Conditions as necessary. Changes will be effective immediately. Upon booking our services, you agree to the Terms & Conditions herein.
